14th Board Meeting
Summer Season is coming soon. Scheduled to start July 6th on Monday. Some of the
items discussed and voted on are the following:
1. This will be the last year for METAL BAT-
All divisions will be wood bat beginning Spring of
2010.
2. Slide Rule has been changed to emulate the
High School Rule- The actual rule will be emailed out to Managers asap. This rule is being taken very seriously so vital
it be understood by managers.
3. Divisions for summer league will be 18+,
25+, 35+, 45+ and 50+.
4. League fees remain the same- $300 per player for league and $26 for National
dues. National dues are paid only once a year. Managers we ask you
put an asterisk next to the player who did not previously pay the dues.
5. We ask you put the jersey # of the player
on your roster in the STATE area of the player information.
6. Managers- Bring
to the meeting, Manager Code of Conduct, Check and a downloaded roster from the
site. We are asking you to maintain a set of Waivers and Code of Conduct
on each of your players.
7. Adding players NOW REQUIRES that you turn
in a copy of your waiver and code of conduct with the fees 24 HOURS in
advance. NO MORE ADDING PLAYERS AT THE FIELD............................
8. Final Managers Meeting- June 9th at 7:30pm
at the field house
9. New teams need there id and password to the
site to input your roster, call me at 835-5664 for your id and password.
The site will not be available till the conclusion of Spring
and the stats have been archived.
10. Division Commissioners are as follows:
18+- Ron Williams, 25+- Bill Barnette, 35+- Tony Im
45+- Dave Whitesel and 50+- Rusty McLain
