Spring Season set to start, we 16 teams, 8 in the
18/25+ Division and 8 in the 40+ Division. Please read the following:
1. Final Rosters are to be completed by this
weekend on the SMSBL website, Division Commissioners
will be following up with managers to make sure all is complete.
2. We went paperless for all of our benefit,
if one problem arises from doing so, we will go back to the original way of
doing business.
3. Do Not Phone Mike Miklaus under any
circumstances, he has been instructed not to talk with anyone other than the
board about any issue that should arise.
4. All Player additions during the season will
REQUIRE a Waiver Form and Code of Conduct, signed by the player with a check
turned into a Board Member or the on field scorekeeper BEFORE THE GAME.
Be sure to notify the opposing manager your adding a player with the scorekeeper.
5. Be sure to make a
copy of the Waiver Tracking Report for the team your playing to cross check
with the lineup card you receive. Any problems should be dealt with prior
to game time.
6. Summer Session Managers Meeting on April
14th at 7:30pm at the Field House, a $1,000 deposit will be required to
guarantee your spot and division requested.
7. REMEMBER to keep a close eye on the parking
lot especially the guys playing on field #1 for anyone that does not belong in
our lots. KEEP VALUABLES AT HOME.
